Position Description and Requirements…
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, qualified individuals passionate about hospitality, food and wine to join our team! The Kitchen Manager is responsible for operating a profitable restaurant ensuring the food specifications and commitment to quality are being met in a consistent and efficient manner. Ideal candidates should possess the following in knowledge, skills and abilities:
* A minimum 3-5 years of recent kitchen leadership experience in a fast casual environment
* Ability to multi task
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and knowledge of kitchen training techniques
* Possess the ability to effectively make decisions and resolve problems
* Support and respect our culture and values
* Tenacity for meeting challenges; honest and focused
* Optimize profits through management of food, labor and inventory
* Coordinate purchasing and manage proper receiving, rotation and storage of products
* Uphold high standards in sanitation and safety
* Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
