Company profile:
This company was set up in 2003 and has since grown to 6 offices. They have done so by offering expert local knowledge and unrivalled customer service. They pride themselves on their marketing having one of the strongest, most polished brands in South London. Furthermore they are avid supporters of several charities and are constantly coming up with new innovative ways to raise money for their selected charities.

Character profile:
The successful applicant will be articulate, impeccably presented but most of all driven and focused on building a successful career in Property. They like applicants with financial responsibilities i.e. rent or mortgage to pay, as they want self sufficient people who are responsible and motivated to earn. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities. The most successful people are strong characters who thrive in a high pressured sales environment.

Packages:
- £14K - £20k basic salary packages depending on what level you are
- 10% commission rising to 20% depending on performance
- OTE's £30K - £50k+ depending on position
- Potential guarantees offered for the first few months of employment depending on experience

Working hours
- 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday 10am - 4pm (one in three)
