Description:
A Fortune 100 company is anxious to hire an experienced Logistics/ Transportation Brokers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-volume problem-resolution for customers, warehouses and carriers including, but not limited to: entering shipping/delivery appointments into computer program, coordinating destinations, scheduling, tracing, expediting, load processing and billing.

Requirements:
•Degree preferred or equivalent combination of 5+ years of experience in the transportation industry - brokerage experience required.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment.
•Ability to deal with customers who may be upset, angry or hostile.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
•Flexibility and initiative
•Ability to work overtime (minimal) as needed.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Customer service oriented.
