Experienced Mortgage Underwriter
Our client is expanding and seeks to add an experienced mortgage underwriter to their team.
Candidates must be familiar and comfortable with a streamlined underwriting process as well as working in a fast-paced, semi-paperless environment. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of very recent underwriting experience and an active DE certification. Preference will go to candidates who have held an LAP certification and who have experience working with state agencies.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Candidates should possess strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word. Experience with Encompass software is preferred. It is important that candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with other professionals in related fields.
