Experienced Property Manager
Property Manager wanted for sole property management role of a one office independent estate agent in West London. Ideally experience of CFP systems would be required.
It is a small company preparing for a large expansion. The current property manager is leaving and needs someone to not only fill his boots but also push things forward...you will be looking to run a full property management team within the next 3 years.
You will need to be extremely confident in the role as well as possessing bags of initiative! Any new ideas or suggestions will be heard and quickly implemented if they are positive enough.
You will need to liaise internally with Lettings Department with regards to starts, ends and renewals, as well as the accounts team. You will also be dealing with filing, letter writing, end of tenancy claims, attending meetings and try to resolve complaints before handing over to department manager. You will also be required to make visits to the properties on occasion, perhaps to do inspections or check in's/outs, so a full driving licence is essential for the role. You will need to be confident in processing all pre tenancy paperwork.
Previous property management experience is essential to be considered for this role. A strong personality is needed and the ability to deal with tricky customers.

Salary:
£20-25k (depending on experience)
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
