Job Description: The ideal candidate will greet clients and visitors in a friendly fashion. The candidate for the position must be able to answer a busy, multiple phone line system and direct incoming calls to appropriate destination. This position will also require the candidate to schedule appointments, maintain the conference room and receive and/or send out parcels. Skills required for this position might include; typing and editing documents, answering inquires from clients via phone, email and written communication.
