Due to continued success (100% increase in revenue 2011)from a strong and loyal client base we are currently expanding and looking for a number of Recruitment Consultants.
Role:
- Our Consultants are split by industry sector - you will therefore develop and autonomously manage an entire industry sector, becoming a recognised expert within your field
- Full recruitment life cycle - management of warm/ existing key accounts through to development of new business and resourcing activity
- Networking with candidates up to Director level to build up a solid foundation of key industry contacts is key in our sector
- Face to face interviewing candidates across a breadth of roles within the procurement sector
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual billing targets
Experience needed:
Above all you must have the confidence to network and build professional relationships with senior industry experts, where your confident outgoing communication style is paramount!
We are looking for all levels of experience from 12 months resource experience in any discipline to the level of running a team - most of all you must have the motivation to Business Develop (no cold calling we network!) and run a full 360 dual desk (perm and contract)
