Our Regulatory Consulting team combines in-depth industry knowledge with technical expertise to proactively provide cutting edge compliance, regulatory and cross-border distribution services to a number of prestigious clients. Luxembourg being the largest centre for cross-border activities in the world, our multicultural team provides advice regarding funds registered in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and South America.

About the role
As an Experienced Regulatory Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Serving the investment fund industry with high quality compliance and regulatory advices
- Leading projects and coordinating assistance to clients in the following areas:
- Interpretation of fund investment restrictions
- General regulatory issues (AIFMD, UCITS IV, MiFID…)
- Cross-border fund distribution, including fund prospectus disclosures, distribution agreements' and procedures' review, and fund registration issues - Maintaining an up-to-date expertise in these defined areas
- Managing a portfolio of clients : maintaining excellent relations with existing clients as well as developing new long-term relationships with fund managers and other external parties
About you
- Master degree in law, economics or business administration
- Around 4-6 years of experience in the investment fund industry, preferably in consulting
- Solid knowledge of investment instruments including derivatives
- Experience in project management of regulatory changes would be an asset
- Fluency in English
- German, Italian or French is an advantage
