EXPERIENCED RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE PROGRAMME – WHOLESALE BANKING (3-5 years) recruitment

Our client is a top-tier international banking group looking to further expand their business in the Asia. They are currently looking for qualified candidates to join their Relationship Manager Development Program in the wholesale banking department where you will be given an opportunity to manage top-tier corporate client portfolio.
The manager development program is for experienced commercial bankers whom would like to work with a larger client portfolio in an international banking platform. The programme lasts for 6 months and during this period you will be working with senior managers through job shadowing and in-classroom training of products inorder to assist in a smooth transition to handle the client portfolio. In order to enhance growth and generate revenue, you will also assist Senior Relationship Manager in credit analysis, to market commercial banking products, to interview prospective clients and to perform on-site visits. Account opening procedures as well as relationship management and operation duties are expected.
After the completion of the program, you will be assigned to your own portfolio of commercial customers for independant management. You are expected to grow and expand the portfolio according to your professional experiences gained from the training program.
To be an ideal candidate, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking either as a credit analyst or relationship manager, coupled with a degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure is essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
