Position Description and Requirements…
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, qualified individuals passionate about hospitality, food and wine to join our team! As a Restaurant Manager ideal candidates should possess the following in knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Minimum of two to five years of recent restaurant management experience
* Possess the ability to effectively make decisions and resolve problems
* Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Interact positively with guests and team
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have an aptitude to train and development one self and a diverse staff
* Support and respect our culture and values
* Tenacity for meeting challenges, honest and focused
