The Flying Saucer Draught Emporium...( We are a tap house!!!) What a kick ass place to work! Where else can you be surrounded with over 200 draft and bottled beers and get paid to work there? While The Flying Saucer is not in the brewing business, we are in the business of presenting to our loyal following many of the best craft and bottled beers from the USA and abroad. The Flying Saucer allows guests to compare flavors, brewing techniques, and styles of hundreds of international beers without ever leaving their bar stool. In addition we present delicious taste thrills in the form of gourmet sandwiches, salads, sausages, and cheeses to accent the flavors of these fine beers. We are now seeking Managers for our Austin location.

• Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience

• Ability and experience with profit/loss statements (not necessary, but preferred)
