Experienced Roadshow Coordinator recruitment
The EMEA Roadshow Team work across all business lines handling logistics for roadshows. Planning and executing complex logistics for EMEA Equity and Fixed Income roadshows, including IPO’s NDR’s, Banker Events, Investor Trips and Sector Tours and Analyst Marketing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Advising on logistics and putting together schedules for EMEA Deal Roadshow marketing. Logistics includes flights, trains, and hotels.
- Communicating direct with Corporates, Syndicates and sales, bankers and research.
- Booking venues for group presentations and conference calls and preparation of the appropriate invitations. Monitoring responses and updating the schedule.
- Working to set procedures.
- Printing and distribution of presentations
- Flawless Equity and Fixed Income Deal and Non Deal Roadshow execution.
- Investor Trips and Sector Tours with multiple attendees.
- Effective management of budgets and expense reconciliation for Deal roadshows.
- Ability to handle multiple roadshows and investor trips and tours.
- Handling up to ten roadshows at any one time covering Europe, Middle East and Africa
Essential Skills:

- Excellent logistics knowledge (Europe and Middle East and Africa) and organizational skills

- Ability to be a team player when the situation calls for it.
- Ability to multi-task and to work under extreme deadline pressure at times
- Flexible attitude to working hours
