Experienced Service Desk Analyst (German/French) Job in Budapest

Our partner Cognizant a global player of IT outsourcing we are looking for candidates to their office in Budapest. We are waiting for applicants who have experience as an IT helpdesk and they are highly motivated to support a client in their IT related problems.
Requirements:
Active advanced level of
ENGLISH + GERMAN or ENGLISH + FRENCH
Other skills and experiences needed:
- At least 0,5 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk agent is a MUST
- Up to date knowledge Operation systems and network
- Familiarity with Internet and mailing
- Software and hardware knowledge
- Ticketing systems knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Problem solving skills and customer oriented personality
- Ability to work in a team
Duties and tasks:
- Handling incoming calls and e-mails
- Identifying users
- Registration of user problem and request
- Problem solving or forwarding - according to problem level
- Provide first level resolutions
- Create, categorize, tickets
- SW/HW /phone order registration
- Ensuring that the bank safety regulations are kept
- Other tasks specified by the leaders
- Willingness to work in various shifts
