Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and use your soldering skills? Kelly Services in partnership with a company who is currently hiring for temporary experienced Level 3 Solder's. Travel is required, expenses will be covered. Job Duties: ?Inspect solder joints and components to customer specifications for uniformity and durability. ?Correct joints below quality standard using various soldering equipment. ?Solder additional components to boards to ensure the function and quality of the board. ?Read and/or compare job files, bills of materials or other necessary documentation to board assemblies. ?Lead lifting on IC?s; Wire stripping; Wire attachment to IC leads or ends of components; Bonding of wire to the board; Removal of SMT components; Resistor stacking; Trace cutting ?Transport racks of circuit boards to or from the department to ensure an efficient production process. ?Assist with board testing procedures or product casing. ?Complete physical inventories to ensure an accurate inventory count. ?Perform general housekeeping duties to provide a safe working environment at all times. ?Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor in order to accommodate varying production requirements. Job Requirements: ?2-4 years of previous soldering experience required. ?High Level Class 3 Soldering and Rework experience required. ?Previous electronic assembly or manufacturing experience required. ?Solid work history required. ?Employee must have excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying shades of color, and the ability to read screen printing symbols and component values. ?Must be able to work independently and safely at all times. ?Must maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information. ?Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 8 hour shift. ?HS Diploma or equivalent required.
