Experienced Team Manager Job in Cork Cork, Cork Ireland
Our client is having an important growth and decided to reinforce their staff looking for a new experienced Team Manager. This person will be in charge of managing two teams of 15-20 people each.
Key responsabilities:
- Set the vision and values of the team by implementing good management.
- Provide coaching and feedbacks.
- Ability to do one to one sessions and group sessions.
- Schedule the planning and make sure it is respected.
- Be the point of contact in case of complex problem
- Drive staffing plans and process change initiative
Skills required:
- Ability to build and manage a team
- Good capacity of organisation
- deliver positive customer experience
- Adapt to any difficult or complex situation
- Ability to complete goals and reach targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English in Advanced level of French
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions
- Good command of Microsoft Package (Excel)
- CRM System
