Experienced Tester at one of the largest credit rating firm
This is a leading Testing role at regional level and you will report directly to the Asia Pacific Project Manager.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to conducting and analyzing QA testing on small to medium sized projects to ensure that the applications system function properly and according to the agreed business standards, end-user specifications and requirements, participating in walk through meetings on the development of changes within software application systems, understanding the general nature of software application systems including it's purpose, parameters and perceived capabilities, effectively document any problems resulting from the testing of software application systems, ensure that all problems are communicated to all members of the project team including developers, project analysts and QA analysts, provide proper documentation to note when problems were resolved, re-test original problems to ensure their resolution, troubleshooting on application issues, assist lower level members in understanding and completing their work assignments, manage small to medium sized projects.
The Successful Applicant
We are strongly encouraging candidates with the following skills/experience set to apply on this excellent opportunity:
- 5 years QA experience
- Experienced in independently testing small to medium sized application systems
- Strongly ability to understand how data processing/information systems will expedite work processes
- Experience in technical systems testing, analytical techniques and a working knowledge of structured testing methodology and various software testing tools is required
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin is preferred
