Expert Business Analyst / Project Manager recruitment
We need a highly experienced, flexible self-starter with business analysis and project management experience to join our Risk Management IT department and lead processes for Operational Risk Management systems.
The opportunity
You'll lead change and release management processes for Operational Risk Management (ORM) systems, chair the corresponding Change Advisory Board and interact with service providers to make sure changes are implemented on time and to the expected level of quality. Also, you'll contribute to projects in other Risk Management domains alongside your primary responsibility for the ORM application landscape.
Your responsibilities will include providing business analysis and requirements engineering services, leading successful implementation of projects from end to end, creating specifications for changes and monitoring implementation.
About you
You have a relevant degree and financial services experience, plus experience of IT processes, business analysis, project management and risk related projects. Your knowledge covers Risk Management, especially ORM, IT and ITIL processes ? including implementation ? and business analysis methodologies.
You're analytical, a self-starter, good under pressure and customer oriented. You possess excellent people and communication skills. You're fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
