Nike's Consumer Digital Technology group is looking for an Expert Business Systems Analyst - Solution Design who has deep hands-on experience with IBM's Sterling Commerce Order Management software. If selected you will bring Sterling Order Management subject matter expertise to projects by participating in project solutioning, leading functional design, and guiding other BSA's in configuring Order Management. This candidate will work with Application Engineers, Architects and Product Managers in addition to coaching and mentoring others in the Order Management software. If you're the one, here's what you'd be responsible for: ? Participate in scoping and solutioning new business problems using your knowledge and experience with Sterling Order Management to identify the best high level solution and developing resource and cost estimates based on your experience ? Lead requirements solicitation sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits ? Successfully solicit all forms of requirements (e.g. functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical) ? Create key artifacts including participant models, business process models, security role matrices, use cases, user stories, user acceptance criteria, functional specifications, business rule documents and configuration specifications ? Work with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes ? Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. ? Be the Sterling Commerce Order Management expert for Nike Consumer Digital Technology ? Act as liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
