An international and growing company, global leader in door opening solutions, is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic

Export Sales Manager

to drive sales growth of its brand portfolio in Central and East Europe.

He/she will be responsible for:

·       Establish and manage customer relationships in addition to developing a business plan for each customer that will grow mutual business;

·       Respond to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner;

·       Follow up competitors’ activity and provide timely feedback to the organisation to secure effective response to competitors’ moves;

·       Identify and actively pursue new product/business opportunities based on customer needs;

·       Implement a marketing mix that will secure both good top line and margin development: price list, product and customer mix, promotional activities, launch of new products etc.

He/she will report to Export Sales Director and his/her will be based in Emilia Romagna.

Our candidate has the following features:

·       5 years experience in sales preferably with an experience from a consumer durables environment;

·       Fluent in English and French. An East European language will be considered a plus;

·       Good handling of MS Office;

·       Ability to travel extensively;

·       Good interpersonal and networking skills;

·       Drive and motivation to thrive within an organisation that provides autonomy and requires team playing.
