Export Sales Administrator Job in Moreton-In-Marsh, South West Uk
My client based in the Moreton, Bourton Stow area is looking for an Export Sales Administrator, ideally with a European language skills.
The Key purpose of the role is to support all members of the export sales team by reacting to sales enquiries, customer requests for information, issues, and queries and co-ordinate the "customer care" effort by providing a link between sales and day to day operations.
You will need to be pro-active in developing opportunities for further sales leads via mail shots, e-shots and telesales together with customer follow-up.
You will be providing sales administration support including letters, reports, quotations, exhibition/event co-ordination and collate performance indicators on enquiries, quotations and orders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dealing with customer enquiries, requests for information, samples and brochures - recording these and informing Sales Manager of follow up needs.
- Co-ordinating mail and e-shot campaigns to distributors with both Sales Managers and the Marketing department.
- Proactive customer follow-up.
- Type letters, reports and other documentation as required by the Sales Managers.
- Organising and where required attending team meetings to take notes to produce and distribute minutes.
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales figure packs for Board meetings.
- Prepare key account performance reports and information from smart reports.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Export Team, preparing itineraries, resolving problems and providing all necessary information.
