Your team

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by world class technology.

Your impact

You will be responsible for taking calls from existing and new customers.You will speak to over 100 customers per day guiding the customer, answering their questions and enhancing their banking experience through utilising your proven excellence in customer service and sales.

Key to your success will be your natural sales Service ability. Service in our environment is about creating a customer experience that not only answers our customer's questions, but enhances their banking, making it easier and more effective. We add value for every customer we speak to by not only providing that excellence in customer service that got us to "Number 1" but by advising of new products and enhancing the effectiveness of their current products .

What will help you succeed?

You are highly motivated and naturally inquisitive, with ability to ask the right questions to support our customers. You will have a successful track record in sale service; enjoy working within a fast paced, target driven environment, with a competitive and driven nature.

• Days/Hours: Monday to Friday; 3 days at 11:15am-8:00pm and 2 days at 12:15pm-8:00pm

• 5 weeks paid training: Monday to Friday 11:15am-8:00pm

• Annual bonus of up 15% - 20%
