Qualifications:
Our Canberra office is looking for talented individuals to join our Advisory Customer, Performance Improvement practice to support and drive its growth. As one of our Customer professionals you'll help our clients by designing and delivering strategies to help them reform their service delivery interactions with their customers.

Commercially and strategically driven, you will have proven experience in areas such as:

You will have worked in either an internal consulting environment or in an external consultancy, preferably with a public sector focus, and ideally across citizen-facing portfolios e.g. human services, health. You may have worked at primarily the strategic level (e.g. channel strategy), or may have focused on operational improvements in citizen-facing functions (e.g. branch optimisation, call centre improvement).

The preferred applicant will be subject to employment screening by Ernst Young or by their external third party provider.
