Essential Requirements:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- A current National Police Check
Additional Requirements:
- An ability to support a person centred care approach
- A willingness to continue to develop your skills and undertake training
- Sound communication skills
- A caring and compassionate attitude
- An ability to work within and support your team
