JOB DESCRIPTION-
We require an exceptional C++ high frequency/ low latency developer to join a highly reputable and celebrated high frequency trading group in Switzerland. This is an superb opportunity for an experienced C++ developer to join a first-rate development team in Switzerland.
This is a broad role encompassing a complex front end trading systems, performance improvement optimisation, market connectors, and analysis tools. The individual in this role will be a part of a small, dynamic trading group and will work directly with traders to design, build, and test cutting-edge low latency trading systems. This individual will be required to improve, and redesign low latency trading systems, alongside optimizing the platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world leading high-frequency prop group.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of high performance C++
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Know-how of Linux and confident with scripting language(s) (e.g. bash, perl, python, etc)
- Active role in design and architecture of new components and modules
- Multithreading Concurrency ability
- Experience of low latency/high throughput systems is an absolute necessity
- Previous experience in high frequency trading
- Understanding of boost library and SQL beneficial
- Strong familiarity of TCP/UDP communication protocols
- Previous experience from the financial industry required
