Eze Product Manager/Business Analyst recruitment
The role is a combination of Eze OMS feature/functionality management, trading support and vendor management. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are to ensure the continued availability, stability, efficiency, and accuracy of the Eze Order Management System while being proactive in realizing maximum benefit from the EZE OMS through continuous technical and business process improvement. The person must be able to handle him/herself on a trading floor, understand trade order flow, fix connectivity and have deep knowledge of all equity, future, option and FX asset classes. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize issues, and escalate where appropriate.
Responsibilities include:
- Primary technology contact for application support to the Eze Order Management System.
- Ensure operational stability of the Eze OMS platform and actively manage change and risk in the production environment.
- Actively manage the vendor, including relationship management, metrics reporting, road-map prioritization and financial administration.
- Establish close relationships with the key business heads.
- Work with business areas to define business requirements to be implemented in Eze/Citco.
Required Skills:
- Experience in working in a front office trading environment
- Prior exposure to database management, SQL in particular.
- Strong knowledge of equity, futures and options trade flow, post trade feed, and OMS routing.
- Strong knowledge of Eze Castle OMS
- 3+ years of experience supporting applications and systems in a buy-side trading environment.
- Strong technology skills, which will be needed to troubleshoot business, application, and system issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and continue to support traders, users, and applications
- Experience performing release deployment tasks
- Excellent client facing skills with a proven track record of building relationships with business and technology stakeholders
