Job Description
You will have responsibility across the full fabrication process leading teams over separate business units. Your focus will be to lead change across the business and established robust working practices and systems, particularly within planning and work flow. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor and display a visible leadership style in order to maximize production results and achieve targets.
The Successful Applicant
Qualified in mechanical engineering or a fabrication related discipline you must have a proven track record in the manufacturing sector. You should be strong in utilising planning tools and driving results from a skilled workforce. You should be conversant with lean manufacturing principles and have the capability to lead change through and established workforce.
