A well-known government organisation has recently undergone a period of growth and is therefore seeking the services of a Facilities Co-ordinator on a contract basis for an immediate start. This department has a long history in providing sustainable outcomes for Victoria’s built environment and has multiple floors in a prestigious building in Melbourne’s CBD.

Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of OHS Procedures, Building Services Management, ensuring all relevant administration duties are adhered to as well as the management of all maintenance and minor works issues

You will have solid customer service and facilities experience. As an ideal candidate your ability to think on your feet and take initiative will see you gain valuable experience in this type of an environment. Your previous experience in a similar environment will allow you to hit the ground running, coupled with your enthusiasm to engage in an role such as this, you will undoubtedly be a success.
