About the Job
Job Title: Facilities Director
Salary: $31.10 - $40.25/hr.
Under the direction of the Assistant County Administrator, directs and oversees the care and maintenance of all County-owned and leased buildings and grounds. Plans facilities alteration and maintenance projects: serves as an owner's representative for the construction of new and alteration of existing County facilities: and works closely with architects, construction managers and general contractors. Develops preliminary project budgets and monitors operating and capital budget activity throughout the year. This is a full-time position working at the Fillmore Complex in West Olive.
Required Education, Training, Experience:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or closely related field and at least six (6) years progressively responsible experience in maintenance construction management, including at least three (3) years in direct supervision.
