Facilities Manager Job in Gloucestershire, South West Uk

A Facilities Maintenance Manager with a technical background and preferably chartered is required for a PFI Healthcare site.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be a practical manager that has the ability to deliver a first class service and be able to maintain and develop a strong working relationship with the client and the trust.

Responsible for a team of seven staff, you must be an excellent communicator and be able to manage the building, engineering and administration functions.

The company provides hard FM services; reactive and planned maintenance, including statutory duties and small capital works to critical parts of a Healthcare site. Lifts, fire alarms, water management, window cleaning, hard landscaping and pest control are also included in the contract.

Ideally with a Healthcare work history, you will have a strong knowledge of PFI and you must have a technical engineering background.
