Facilities Manager - London

Our client, a managing agent, is currently seeking a Site Facilities Manager to manage a large building in the West End. The site is predominantly commercial office space but does involve some retail, leisure and residential space.

This position requires a client facing facilities manager with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a background working in an ME role to manage the day to day running of this large site. The position will involve:
• Management of service providers across hard soft services
• Setting and monitoring service charge budgets
• Ensuring Health and Safety and statutory compliance
• Assisting with the management of refurbishments, fit outs and office moves.

Candidates will need to be MBIFM and NEBOSH certified with experience working for a leading managing agent on large commercial office sites. Exposure to service charge budgeting, multi-tenant management and a hard services background are also critical.
