Facilities Manager recruitment
Responsibilites:
- In charge of General Office matters such as Tenancy matters etc
- Ensure that the Singapore Office facilities are run in an efficient manner
- In charge of renovation projects whenever required
- Maximise cost-control for services such as general office equipment etc
- In charge of the overall safety of the Singapore Office
- Able to review and put in place new plans/implementation as and when necessary
- Management Reporting
Requirements:
- Possess 3-5 years in Facilities Management
- Organized, responsible and good in interacting with people of all levels
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
