Our client, a small private practice, is currently seeking a Facilities Manager to manage 4 buildings on maternity cover basis. The sites are predominantly commercial spaces but also contain retail and leisure usage as well as some residential common parts.
This position requires a personable character with a solid technical understanding and a background working in an ME role and on behalf of a managing agent. The position will focus on management of hard services, tenant management and ensuring health safety and statutory compliance.
Candidates should preferably be MBIFM and NEBOSH certified. This is a temporary vacancy which will run between 3 and 6 months and therefore candidates will need to be immediately available.
