No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description This position is for a Facilities Planning in Renton Site Services responsible for running a healthy core business and effective execution of Site Services projects supporting 737 Program. Solicits headcount projections and business plans to enable forecasting of use and occupancy allocation, capital and expense budgets, building utilization and density for the purpose of managing real property assets and site cost allocations. Manages projects with varied scope and complexity. Develops schedules, tracks budgets and provides status reviews. Supports projects through use of established project management tools. Establishes key milestones and identifies potential issues. Gains consensus for the optimal solution by effectively organizing and presenting proposals to stakeholders. Communicates approved plan to implementation team. Resolves conflict situations. Participates in the development of the space management forecast. Leads or participates in business initiatives and team activities for the purpose of enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, service delivery, and asset utilization. Leads or participates in enterprise wide and/or leads site facilities studies for the purpose of assisting the business decision making process in response to Company and organization initiatives. Gathers and analyzes data regarding current conditions and future requirements, works with both internal and external organizations in order to identify and assess impacts to the business operating plan. Leads and initiates forecasting efforts to identify use and occupancy allocation, building utilization and density, capital and expense budget items for the purpose of managing real property assets and site cost allocations. Leads and provides guidance to project team, manages budgets, develops integrated schedules, negotiates changes, anticipates and mitigates risks, tracks earned value, project progress and conducts status reviews for the purpose of managing high value, complex projects within schedule and budget. Anticipates milestones in pursuit of project goals. Gains consensus for the optimal solution, including budget approval, by effectively organizing and presenting proposals to stakeholders and sponsors. Prepares and maintains master site facility plans. Leads space management initiatives and or systems implementation. Provides training and guidance for less experienced planners. Gathers and analyzes data regarding current conditions and future requirements. Interacts with internal and external organizations, senior level management, and government agencies in order to identify and assess impacts to the business operating plan. Prepares business case analysis. Leads and/or creates long and short-range tactical plans by identifying and developing facilities options to satisfy multiple project objectives by working with the stakeholders and assessing resources in order to create the best value for the customer and the company. Prepares risk analysis and impact statements. Provides technical guidance to others.
