Facilities Superintendent MEP Supervisor

Yale Office of Facilities
Yale University is currently seeking experienced Supervisors responsible for direct leadership and coordination of all Facilities services in assigned areas to support the maintenance of University buildings.
Facilities Superintendent – 15482BR
Manages customer-focused teams providing cleaning and maintenance services. Develops processes and procedures to continually improve service and quality on all work unit repairs, renovations, and trade projects.
MEP Supervisor – 15481BR
Manages the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities, coordinates project work, prioritizes service requests from faculty and staff, and solicits all appropriate input for development of projects, while ensuring plans comply with Facilities objectives. Must have a trades license.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience. Must have strong supervisory experience with coaching and development of staff. Experience in a Union environment is preferred.
