Job Description:
CDI Engineering has an immediate opening for a Facilities Supervisor to work on client site in downtown Houston, TX.
This position requires experience with Supervising personnel in the Facilities space including supervising Security guards, Mailroom attendants, Receptionist(s), Facilities clerk and the Records Retention Specialists. It also includes managing the moves, adds, and changes of personnel at client site. Daily activities include responding to maintenance calls and calling specialists for repair and knowing when to call the Landlord.
