Position Summary:
Facilities Technician will be called upon to assist in all minor facility issues such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs and adjustments. The Facilities Technician will partake in office moves, light bulb changes, conference room set-up and various other chores as needed.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years experience preferably in a biotech research facility
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work overtime and on call as issues arise
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience
- All around handyman with knowledge of other trades

- Combination of lab/research facility and office building
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift small motors and pumps
- Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead required
