Specific Job Description Keep facilities, material and work area orderly, exercising care in their use, maintaining general good housekeeping practices, and conforming to all ethics, health, safety, compliance and quality requirements. Work as a member of a high performance, customer-oriented, proactive team. ?Ability to read and work from electrical and mechanical drawings. ?Ability to work effectively in a team environment. ?Ability to work with minimal supervision. ?Ability to work from a variety of aerial lift platforms including ladders. ?A physical job that requires the individual to use ladders and to be able to lift stand and walk etc. for extended periods of time. Utilize proper personal protective equipment in the performance of duties. Standard Job Description Perform all facility HVAC operations and support functions including, soldering, electronic and pneumatic control calibration, control wiring installation, and preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate computerized documentation and data collection equipment. Operate and maintain the building energy management systems and related equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot large capacity building HVAC systems including roof top, air handling, exhaust fan, fan coil, and DX coil units. Be proficient in the assembly, fabrication, and insulation of duct work. ?Minimum of two years Commercial experience as an HVAC Technician. ?Hold a current EPA 608 Universal Certification working in a commercial setting. ?Hold a current HVAC Journeyman Card. ?Ability to use hand and power tools including the proficient use of torches and experience with using refrigeration gauges.
