Facility Coordinator Zürich recruitment

In this challenging and rewarding role you will be responsible for high level coordination of regular inspections and maintenance.

Your tasks till include but will not be limited to:

-Coordinating maintenance schedules with respective caretakers of the banks properties in the Zurich area

-Vendor invoices management

-Coordination and supervision of cleaning services

-Assessing any potential renovations and repairs

-Assist the facility management in the construction of supplier contracts and evaluate new suppliers

The successful candidate should hold the following skills:

-Technical education, as well as commercial training (trade school, technical clerk)

-Several years of experience in a technical, infrastructural project design of a major facility management with mandates for several properties

-Excellent computer skills

-A logical and structured thinker, with pleasant manners and impeccable presentation

-Excellent command of German (native) and a good knowledge of English
