EMCOR Services Aircond seeks an experienced Technician to operate, monitor, and support critical functions of a Data Center infrastructure. This position is located in Alpharetta, Ga.
The preferred candidate will have two or more years of experience in the mechanical or electrical field. Electrical background a Plus. A combination of both is acceptable. Work experience must be at a journeyman or technician level. Prefer experience in data center, hospital or power plant environment. An Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field such as HVAC, electrical, or facilities engineering is desired. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a mission critical data center environment.
This position requires shift work that includes weekends and holidays at a 24 hour facility.
