This position is responsible for Facilities Grounds of the Township: oversees the completion of related projects related, including work schedules and assignments, monitoring of performance and administration of policies, procedures and regulations. HS or GED Required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred. Recent F/T exp. In Facilities Grounds maintenance operations with working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Chillers, cooling towers, alarm systems and electrical). Related supv and administrative exp preferred.
