Factory General Manager (China-based)
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assuring the smooth operation of the 500+ person facility. Your duties will include controlling all the day-to-day operations, supervising the different departments (Manufacturing, Quality Control, HR, IT, Production Control etc); as well as for the facilities On Time Delivery and Quality metrics Organize worker teams. This role will require you to constantly find ways to increase productivity by better work methods and process automation regularly and consistently reporting on the facility’s activities to the Head office. In addition, you will need to develop a thorough understanding of custom box manufacturing methods to better suggest improvements. Qualifications 1) Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) 2) Degree qualified 3) At least 10 years of progressive Management Experience at a 500+ worker facility 4) Experience in the commodity industry would be preferred.
