To help partners meet these various objectives, Faculty Consultants serve as experts in the research, the services, and the transformative strategies that the Academies provide to our members.
Working almost entirely on location with the leaders and key staff members of our partner institutions, Faculty Consultants use Academy research to help individuals permanently shift perspectives and mindset, build skills and strengthen competencies, and deploy and apply best practice concepts.
