2) Have you got previous experience in measuring and inspecting?
3) Have you had experience and completed First Articles in the past.
CMM would be an advantage.
Role Summary:
Based in the Integration area individual will be responsible for the completion of First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102 and the relevant Customer Requirements.
Principle Accountabilities:
• Verification of First Articles
• Previous experience in Visual Inspection
• Competent in the use of hand held measuring equipment
• Competent in reading and understanding drawing requirements including geometrical tolerances
• Understanding of manufacturing documentation
• Ability to identify and comply with customer requirements
• Competent in Visual Fair
• Understanding of non-conformance process
Basic Qualifications:
- Qualified to HND / HNC level (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience within a Quality environment essential
- Must be able to operate as part of a team
- Self-motivated to finish tasks in a timely manner
- Must understand and apply procedure requirements
- Must possess good Inspection and Communication skills
- Numeric and computer literate
