This friendly and close knit firm has an established client base and practices in a broad range of areas. In order to service growing client demands, a fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Family lawyer to join the firm.
Servicing the firm’s existing client base, you will be expected to manage all the family law matters with a high degree of autonomy from taking initial instructions, through to advice work, the preparation of legal documents, attending court and settlement. You will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of family law matters including property related and children’s matters. This role will give you every opportunity to build and develop your practice within the firm and truly make this role your own.
A minimum of 3 years PAE in family law is required as you will need to be competent in managing all family law work without supervision. Strong communication skills, a passion for achieving effective results for your clients and solid advocacy experience is essential. A willingness and ability to participate in business development activities in order to grow the practice over time is essential.
