Family Office Executive ( Legal and HR ) recruitment

The successful candidate will form part of a small, dynamic team which coordinates the management of private property assets and provides core corporate services and support for the organisation.

The organisation is searching for an exceptional colleague to take accountability for the legal and human resource functions, as well as to drive the operational activities of at least two tangible asset groups, in collaboration with the local asset teams.

We are keen to find candidates with at least 10 years’ professional experience who have:

• Qualified with a top tier international law firm in a common law jurisdiction and have spent at least 5 years in private practice.

• Spent at least 2 years’ in a family office or family-owned business environment.

• Excellent drafting skills and understanding of legal fundamentals, particularly contract law.

• Prior experience in commercial law, employment law and/or property law (construction/development). Dispute resolution experience would be advantageous.

• Proven skills in successfully managing multiple priorities, budgets and projects in a fast paced environment, ideally cross border and function.

• Managed teams, empowering and delegating effectively to drive results.

• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as articulate, structured verbal and written communication and reporting skills in English.
