This is a great opportunity to work with some well known, loved brands, with great day to day variety, plenty of strategic and leadership opportunities and working with some fantastic talent in the industry. The Role has a good mix of direct and digital marketing. And never a dull moment! Working across 4 accounts on top brands, you will cover CRM, e-CRM, DM and BTL, digital marketing and strategy.
The role
The GAD/ Business Director plays a key role in managing relationship with all of the key clients across each account. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive the accounts forward and ensure that the agency is making the most of all opportunities. Robustness in thinking and a safe pair of hands are also an essential.
Objective of role
- Develop and build excellent client relationships
- Retain and grow client business through optimisation and proactive thinking
- Oversee day to day management and delivery
- Lead and motivate the respective account teams to ensure delivery excellence
Key Skills
· Held a similar role in another agency
· Capable of leading strategic initiatives working closely with Planning and Clients
· Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic and experienced team
· Proven track record in service delivery operational management
· Experience in Retail OR Financial highly benenficial
£55K - £62K Depending on experience
