JOB DESCRIPTION:
DEPARTMENT: Sales/Fashion and Factory
REPORTS TO: Manager
MAIN FOCUS
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Leaders, lead by example selling standards, they must achieve individual sales productivity by delivering superior customer service through product knowledge.
Note: Supervise store activities and employees in the absence of management members.
Note:
Each employee working in the store has one common denominator as an accountability: Sales and Customer Service. As an Sales Leader, your role, your responsibilities and your implication must be versatile in order to ensure the store’s productivity and success. Therefore, your Manager will provide you with a minimum of two additional accountability that you must fulfill (refer to the list below). By proceeding in this manner, Mexx fulfills one of its obligation as an employer: training and coaching all employees in order to develop new skills and maximize performance and achieve new goals.
