Fast Fit Automotive Branch Manager - Location: Kidderminster - Salary: £22,000 + Excellent Bonus Structure and Company Benefits.
National Tyres and Autocare is the largest independent fast fit specialist in the UK. With a network of over 200 branches throughout the UK, our highly trained technicians are specialists in vehicle parts repair including tyres, exhausts, brakes, batteries, MOT testing and vehicle safety inspections.
They currently have a vacancy for a Fast Fit Branch Manager at their site in Kidderminster. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage the day-to-day operation and control of the branch in order to maximise sales, turnover and profitability in all areas of the business.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Achieving and surpassing, sales and profit margin targets
- · Providing complete Customer Satisfaction by promoting and develop the awareness of customer care within the branch.
- · Managing, motivating and developing staff to build a successful, effective team
- · Assisting in the fitment of tyres and autocare products when necessary
The ideal candidate will be an experienced vehicle technician or mechanic with supervisory and sales experience.
