FATCA Business Analyst recruitment
Our Global banking group is looking for a BA to help in delivery of the international FATCA programme. Working with senior business stakeholders and Finance, compliance and IT creating an international FATCA shared service centre model for delivery of the FATCA solution across international jurisdictions. Liasing with the UK FACTA shared service team responsible for delivery of the UK model.
The role covers a broad range of business analysis activities including but not limited to:
* Working with the Program and Project Manager to map, develop and implement changes required by the FATCA regulatory reform rules
* Working with senior stakeholders / subject matter experts in the bank to identify the impact of regulatory reform rules on existing onboarding data sources, business processes and systems
* Developing the onboarding requirements that are identified by subtopic owners
* Reviewing business requirements documentation with management and facilitating the approval process
* Managing and leading the implementation of required changes to onboarding systems, policies and procedures
* Analysing and understandg the as-is onboarding operating model, including workflow, business processes, functional team and system landscape
* Training staff impacted by the required changes
* Supporting the coordination of client contact where required (e.g. for documentation, attestations or other)
* Providing regular status updates to the project manager, discussing progress on deliverables, and actively managing/escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
* Working with the technology team to design tactical and strategic technology solutions to support the regulatory requirements. This includes producing/reviewing detailed business requirements, workflows and functional specifications
* Supporting technology testing efforts. This includes the development of test scripts, UAT plans and management of defects and change request
You must have FATCA BA experience or be an subject matter expert in this area and be avaialble imemdiately - or within 1 weeks notice - for an on going contract.
