A growth driven West End based Private Equity Advisory firm, specialising in real estate, distressed debt and other opportunistic investments throughout Europe is looking for an experienced Financial Director to join there expanding finance function.
The role will have sole responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function looking after the operations and technical reporting for the business. From experience a candidate will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with strong academics and have at least 5 years experience within the Private Equity space. The role will be responsible for driving the financial policies, systems and process and control functions with the business to increase efficiency. Tax structuring and knowledge of SPV's especially from a Luxembourg jurisdiction would put any candidate at a distinct advantage.
